Container Corporation of India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2007, to consider the following:

1. Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) & Segment wise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed (Provisional), in respect of quarter ended on December 31, 2006 (Q3).

2. Declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the FY 2006-07.
