Visualsoft Technologies shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Visualsoft Technologies Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad a meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on January 25, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Megasoft Ltd.
