BOB - BOB Housing Finance members & creditors to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Bank of Baroda (BOB) has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Jaipur separate meetings of the members, secured & unsecured creditors of BOB Housing Finance Ltd (a subsidiary of the Bank) will be held on January 17, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Amalgamation embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed to be made by the BOB Housing Finance Ltd with the Bank.
