Gateway Distriparks Ltd promoters holding company stake rejig

Gateway Distriparks Ltd has informed BSE that Thakral Corporation Ltd (TCL), one of the Company´s Promoters, presently holds 6,678,000 shares (7.23%) in the Company.

The Company is Informed by TCL that Hong Leong Group of Singapore (through Venture Delta Ltd a subsidiary of China Yuchai International Ltd, which is controlled by Hong Leong Group), have increased their shareholding in TCL to 36.70% by exercising their right to convert bonds.

Consequently, the Thakral family’s interest in TCL has declined to 12.04% from 15.35%.

Under the Singapore code on takeovers and mergers, Venture Delta Ltd is making mandatory conditional cash offer to acquire the balance shares and convertible bonds of TCL.
