Nissan Copper Updates on relationship with Mardia group

Nissan Copper Ltd has announced that the Company has no financial or non-financial relationship with the companies of Mr Rashik Mardia group (i.e. Mardia Chemicals Ltd, Mardia Steels Ltd, Amar Dyechem Ltd, etc). The Company's promoters have never been Directors of any of Rashik Mardia group companies. The Company has also never purchased or sold any kind of goods or services from them. Also Mr Rashik Mardia in not a relative of the promoters of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
