DMC Vaults to pick stake in Global Infocom Ltd

DMC Vaults Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2007 has agreed to take strategic in Global Infocom Ltd by picking-up upto 3,00,000 equity shares at Rs 110 per shares constituting 10% of the paid-up capital in that Company, subject to the approval, of members of the Company and / or any other authority(ies).

Global Infocom Ltd owns Zaaydaad.com, which is the largest real estate network in the Country. It is also organizing Expo cum Sale for the real estate sector in various Indian and international cities.
