Nava Bharat Ventures - Land for SEZ to the Company´s Subsidiary

Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd has announced that the Company´s Subsidiary, viz., M/s. Brahmani Infratech Pvt Ltd has since paid a part of the consideration for 250 acres of the land, allotted by the Government of A.P. and obtained physical possession thereof. Detailed development plans including approval for establishment of SEZ are under process.
