Suven Life Sciences clarifies on news item regarding order talk

With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Order talk gives boost to Suven Life", Suven Life Sciences Ltd has clarified that, information on filing of IND and the company's special focus on CRAMS business model is very much in the public domain through the Company's periodical press releases and Annual Reports published. As regards information on bagging of major contract manufacturing order and looking to tie up with a private equity investor, the Company did not give these news releases to any one and the Company has no plans to dilute the equity of the company at this point of time.
