ACC to announce FY 06 results by March 31, 2007

ACC Ltd has announced that the Company proposes to publish the Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2006 within three months from the close of the Company's financial year (i.e. on or before March 31, 2007). Therefore, the unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 will not be published.
