ACE Software Exports Ltd announces 5% dividend, to buy-back 25% of equity share capital

ACE Software Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2006, inter alia, has considered and decided the following:

1. Decided to intimate the Dividend @ 5% as recommended, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be payable after September 29, 2006.

2. Approved the Buy-Back of 25% of the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company.
