ABB to announce Q4 & FY 06 results on Feb 15, 2007

ABB Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Annual Audited Accounts for the financial year ended December 31, 2006, and the recommendation of dividend, if any. The Board will also take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the 4th Quarter ended December 31, 2006 (Q4).
