Titan Industries announces Credit Rating received from CRISIL / ICRA for PCDs

Titan Industries Ltd has announced that the Company had obtained the following credit ratings for the Non-Convertible portion of the Partly Convertible Debentures (PCD) issued by the Company:

1. "A / Stable " (pronounced "A rating with Stable outlook" indicating adequate degree of safety with regard to timely payment of interest and principal on the instrument - assigned by CRISIL Ltd.

2. "LA" (pronounced L A) indicating adequate-credit-quality rating assigned by ICRA.
