GVK Power clarifies on news item regarding consolidation

With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "It's consolidation time for GVK", GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has clarified the said news item has not been released by the Company.

The Company has further stated that the consolidation is being discussed internally and it is in the preliminary stage only.
