Lanco Infratech clarifies on news item regarding new contract

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Lanco bags Rs 565-cr Karnataka road contract", Lanco Infratech Ltd has clarified that Lanco Kondapalli Power Pvt Ltd, a Subsidiary of the Company, bid for the Bangalore - Hoskote - Mudbagal Road Work on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis and emerged as L1 (the Least Bidder). This fact was covered by the Press. However, on the receipt of the Official Communication in this regard, immediately the same would be intimated.
