Megasoft equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Megasoft Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on January 22, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed to be made between Visualsoft Technologies Ltd and the Company.
