CCS Infotech bags order from Neyveli Lignite Corporation

CCS Infotech Ltd on August 17, 2006 has announced that the Company is receiving an order worth Rs 44 million from NLC (Neyveli Lignite Corporation). Through this order the Company will supply PCs, servers, laptops, printers, peripherals etc, and maintain the same for a period of five years.

According to Mr. M A Hasan Abdul Kader, Managing Director, of the Company, "the increase in the order from the public sector segment will help us to achieve the target for this financial year. This kind of orders will open doors to penetrate into more public sector companies apart from an increase in the topline. We are expecting to bag more such orders this year".

The Company has announced investments of Rs 200 million for its expansion plans. The company plans to enhance factory in Pondicherry, launching a joint venture company in South Africa, expanding Singapore operations etc. This will help company increasing its capacity considerably and will enable it to meet increasing demand.

The Company is targeting at least Rs 800 million for the financial year 2006-07 and Rs 200 million for the second quarter 2006-07. The Company is expecting the total head count to exceed 250 nos by end of this financial year.

The Company is getting continuous orders from different segments from different parts of India. The Company has recently bagged orders from Veltech group, Jerusalem Group of Institutions, Vellammal Educational Trust, BSNL Salem etc.
