ICICI Bank Forfeits 44,280 Equity Shares issued in 2005 public issue

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that as decided by the Share Transfer Shareholders' / Investors' Grievance Committee of Directors of the Bank (duly constituted by and under the authority of the Board of Directors of the Bank) at its meeting held on December 07, 2006, has forfeited 44,280 equity shares (issued under the public issue in December 2005 vide Prospectus dated November 23, 2005) for non-payment of balance amount due as on the close of business hours on December 28, 2006.
