Pondy Oxides EGM approves 1:10 bonus issue

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 28, 2006 have approved the issue of Bonus in the ratio of 1 equity share for every 10 equity shares held and also consolidation of equity shares from the face value of Rs 2/- to Rs 10/- in addition to the other subjects as per the notice.
