Arihant Foundations Board recommends dividend

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 27, 2006 has recommended a dividend of 20%, subject to approvals by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
