Kpit Cummins Infosystems allots 5000 shares

Kpit Cummins Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2009, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 5,000 equity shares under Company's ESOP 2004 Scheme.

The Board approved appointment of Mr. Dwayne Allen as the Alternate Director to Ms. Elizabeth Carey on the Board of the ompany.

The Board also approved proposal to grant 1.5 Million Options under the ESOP 2006 scheme of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.78.25, up by Rs.3.30 or 4.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.78.65 and low of Rs.76.50.

The total traded quantity was 364339 compared to 2 week average of 144413.
