Seasons Textiles receives term loan from IDBI

Seasons Textiles Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 27, 2006, inter alia, has considered and approved:

1. Sanctioning of Rupee Term Loan Facility not exceeding Rs 1990 lacs under Project Finance Scheme by IDBI, Kanpur.

2. Adhoc limits, enhancement cum modification of Credit Facilities aggregating to Rs 1135 lacs sanctioned by Canara Bank, New Delhi.
