Upper Ganges Board recommends 50% dividend

Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2006, has recommended dividend @ Rs 5/- per Equity Share on 1,15,57,239 Equity Shares, inclusive of 45,52,852 Equity Shares allotted by the Company as Rights Shares, for the year ended June 30, 2006.
