Supreme Petrochem Board recommends 10% Dividend

Supreme Petrochem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 10% for the year 2005-06 on equity shares entailing an out go of Rs 111.189 million including dividend distribution tax.
