Sun TV equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation & Arrangement

Sun TV Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on January 24, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement proposed to be made between Gemini TV Pvt Ltd & Udaya TV Pvt Ltd with the Company and their respective shareholders.
