Thinksoft Global Services cuts IPO price band, extends closing date

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Thinksoft Global Services Ltd which opened for subscription on September 22, 2009 has received subscription of 0.03 times with bids for 124450 equity shares against the offer of 3646000 equity shares. The issue has received subscription for 110600 equity shares at cut-off price.

The issue which was scheduled to close on Thursday - September 24, 2009 has now been extended till Thursday - October 1, 2009.

The company has also revised the price band from Rs 120 /- to Rs 130 /- per share to Rs 115 /- to Rs 125 /- per share.
