VBC Ferro Alloys CoD Meeting to approve draft offer letter for rights issue

VBC Ferro Alloys Ltd has announced that a meeting of Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on December 28, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the Draft Letter of Offer in connection with the Proposed Rights issue of Equity shares, to be submitted to SEBI, Mumbai.
