Lloyd Electric to consider increase FII limit

Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 02, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Increase in the limit of investment by Foreign Institutional Investors (FII).

2. To consider the matter regarding the fixation of date, time and venue of Extra—Ordinary General Meeting of the Company for aforesaid matter.
