Banco Products Board approves investment of Japan Metal Gasket Ltd

Banco Products India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on December 21, 2006 has approved the proposal of investment of 339104 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- at applicable rate per share, and subject to other applicable Rules, Regulations and procedures in this regards by M/s. Japan Metal Gasket Ltd, Japan by way of issue thereof.
