INOX Leisure equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

INOX Leisure Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on January 04, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Calcutta Cine Pvt Ltd into the Company.
