Gujarat Ambuja Cements Allots shares on merger of ACEL with the Company

Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment & Investor Grievance Committee at its meeting held on December 21, 2006 has allotted 153961356 shares on merger of Ambuja Cement Eastern Ltd (ACEL) with the Company.
