Federal-Mogul Board Meeting to discuss rights issue postponed

Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has announced that due to sudden demise of Dr Brain L Ruddy, Non-Executive Director of the Company, the meeting of the Board of Directors, which was scheduled to be held on December 21, 2006 to consider the Issue of Shares on Right Basis upto Rs 115 Crore and to fix up the Price Band for the same, has been postponed.

The next date of Board Meeting will be informed at the earliest.
