Moser Baer MD conferred PHDCCI Distinguished Entrepreneurship Award 2006

Moser Baer India Ltd on December 20, 2006 has announced that its MD, Mr Deepak Puri, was conferred the prestigious PHDCCI - Distinguished Entrepreneurship Award'06, The Ho'nble Minister for Commerce & Industry, Mr. Kamal Nath, bestowed the PHDCCI Annual Award for Excellence in a well attended distinguished award ceremony held in New Delhi.

PHDCCI every year awards an entrepreneur, a business enterprise or an individual for their outstanding achievements, contributions in six selected areas and for promoting corporate and individual initiatives in economic, social, educational and cultural areas. PHDCCI Annual Awards for Excellence is awarded under the following categories, namely, Brand Equity Award, Distinguished Entrepreneurship Award, Good Corporate Citizen Award and Ethics is Good Business Award. A jury chaired by Justice RC Lahoti, Former Chief Justice of India and comprising of other distinguished citizens from various fields selected the awardees.
