Ansal Buildwell AGM increases authorised share capital

Ansal Buildwell Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, have accorded to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 10,00,00,000/- divided into 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- to Rs 25,00,00,000 divided into 2,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, consequential amendment in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
