HPCL Board approves Interim Dividend

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2006, has considered and approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 60% on the face value of Rs 10/- i.e. Rs 6/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2006-07.
