Sun TV Network reorganizes committees

Sun TV Network Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2009, has appointed Mr. S Sridharan as Audit Committee Chairman in the place of Mr. M K Harinarayanan, the present Audit Committee Chairman with effect from July 01, 2009. Mr. M K Harinarayanan has been appointed as the Chairman Investor Grievance Committee with effect from the same date.
