              Software Technology Group International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2006, inter alia, has accorded its approval to delist the Company's securities voluntarily from the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd (DSE).
Accordingly, the proposal for aforesaid delisting will be placed before the members of the Company for their approval by way of special resolution at the ensuing fourteenth Annual General Meeting scheduled for December 29, 2006 and the aforesaid delisting shall finally take effect only after securing all relevant approvals, permissions, sanctions etc. in this regard.
