Atlanta clarifies on news item regarding orders

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Atlanta bags Rs 520 cr real estate projects", Atlanta Ltd has clarified that:

1. The Company is not having any knowledge about the claims made in the news regarding securing the orders worth Rs 520 crores for constructing commercial complexes in Hyderabad and Mumbai.

2. The fact of the matter is that the Company is in process of acquiring land in Hyderabad and Mumbai for development and is in the process of bidding for the parking plaza project in Mumbai. The estimated co of all these projects will be around Rs 520 crores.
