Alembic Glass De-registered from BIFR

Alembic Glass Industries Ltd has announced that the Hon’ble Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has De-registered the Company from BIFR and consequently discharged the Company from the purview of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
The Company was de-registered from BIFR on account of its Net Worth becoming positive, consequent to the amalgamation of erstwhile Shreno Ltd with the Company.
