Ashirwad Capital Board declares Interim dividend

Ashirwad Capital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2006, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Re. 0.35 per equity share of Re. 1/- each (35%) aggregating to Rs 8750000/- on paid up capital of Rs 250,00,000/- of the Company.
