Usha Martin to take over U-Tor construction steel Ltd

Usha Martin Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company by a resolution passed by circulation on November 24, 2006, has decided to take over of the business of U-Tor Construction Steel Ltd at Agra with effect from December 01, 2006 at a net value not exceeding Rs 8.50 crores subject to due diligence and necessary approvals, as may be required.
