Sundram Fasteners Board approves interim dividend

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors vide its Resolution adopted on November 24, 2006 has approved payment of interim dividend of Re 0.85 per equity share of Re 1 each for the year ending March 31, 2007.
