VBC Industries equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

VBC Industries Ltd has announced that the pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on December 16, 2006, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s Bharat Alloys & energy Ltd with the Company.
