Unity Infraprojects - Receive LOA & secures additional projects

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and hence bagged the following additional projects as mentioned hereunder:

1. Construction of Buildings (Yatri Niwas, New Langar, Administration office, Tourist Facilitation centre) at Gurudwara, Nanded, Maharashtra State for Takhat Sachkhand Sri Huzur Abehalnagar Sahib, Nanded for a cumulative value of Rs 479.51 million.

2. Tsunami Reconstruction Project in Andaman and Nicobar Islands for construction of 965 units of Permanent shelters (Single storied) including internal water supply, Sanitary installation and Internal Electrification in the Island of Little Andaman (Hut Bay) issued by Central P.W.D. - Andaman Central Division for an aggregate value of Rs 554.74 million.

3. Tsunami Reconstruction Project in Andaman and Nicobar Islands for construction of 1,783 units of Permanent shelters (Stilt type) including internal water supply, Sanitary installation and Internal Electrification in the Island of Carnicobar (Package I) issued by Central P.W.D. - Andaman Central Division for an aggregate value of Rs 1023.23 million.

4. Tsunami Reconstruction Project in Andaman and Nicobar Islands for construction of 1,586 units of Permanent shelters (Stilt type) including internal water supply, Sanitary installation and Internal Electrification in the Island of Carnicobar (Package II) issued by Central P.W.D. - Andaman Central Division for an aggregate value of Rs 910.17 million.

Hence, the total value of the Projects bagged as mentioned above amounts to Rs 2967.65 million.
