Binani Industries Ltd has announced that that Binani Cement Ltd (BCL), a Subsidiary of the Company, on November 10, 2006 has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in connection with the Public Offer of 20,500,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of BCL through an "Offer for Sale" by JPMorgan Special Situations (Mauritius) Ltd.
