Lancor Holdings Ltd has announced that in the commercial property case held before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the court was pleased to sustain the filed sale deed registered in favour of the Company hereby establishing the rightful ownership of the property for the company and its ability to freely deal with the property by the company. Therefore the company is now free to lease or deal with the property in any manner. The Company is awaiting the full judgement to be uploaded in the Supreme Court website before it can comprehensively notified to the stock exchanges of the salient parts of the judgement.
