With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Colgate shines on bonus hopes", Colgate Palmolive India Ltd has clarified to BSE that as of today the Company has no plan to consider issue of bonus shares as has been reported in financial daily. This is a speculative report and there is no substance in the said news item.
