Filmcity Media to consider merger of Wellness Communication Pvt Ltd

Filmcity Media Ltd has announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2006 to discuss the proposal received from M/s Wellness Communication Pvt Ltd proposing to amalgamate the said Company with the Company and to take decision on the said proposal and the matters connected to and / or arising therefrom.
