Ontrack Systems signs to acquire Intellisys group company for USD 6.18 million

Ontrack Systems Ltd has announced that the Company has signed a revised Share Purchase Agreement on November 02, 2006 at Chennai with Intellisys Group for acquisition of Intellisys group Company for a total consideration of USD 6.18 Million.
