Shin Ho Petrochemical AGM approves change of name to SPL Polymers Ltd

Shin Ho Petrochemical India Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 20, 2006, inter alia, have approved the change the name of the Company from "Shin Ho Petrochemical (India) Ltd" to "SPL Polymers Ltd" & consequential amendments in Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
