Accel Transmatic signs agreement with Kahani World, Canada

Accel Transmatic Ltd has announced that the Company has signed an agreement with M/s KAHANI WORLD INC (Kahani) Toronto, Ontario, Canada, a Developer and Producer of animation properties. Kahani has the vision to be a multi brand, multi platform content company addressing the electronic, audio, visual, print, new media and licensing markets for its proprietary brands.

As per this agreement, the Company shall provide animation Services within selected elements of Kahani’s pipeline of original content development. The business model for this engagement is that the Company will be a co-producer for Kahani pipeline of themes.

As a part of this agreement, the Company is jointly producing animation content for Kahani’s name brand shows.

The initial project will be a 65 minutes duration movie which has a total cost of C$ 700,000 and out of which the Company's share of expenses towards production co will be a maximum of C$ 120,000 which will be billed by the company to Kahani on completion of production.

The Company will get credits as "studio co-producer" in the credit roll with the same prominence and visibility as any other producer / co-producer and Kahani shall also mention the Company in all its press, PR statements and products packaging. The Company will also have right to share upto 10% of the residual surpluses on the net revenues as royalty in the project.
